Here are answers to some of the most common questions from drivers in the Stic community.
How can I join a campaign?
Campaigns will populate on the Stic app when they become available. We will contact you when we post new campaigns in your area. Be sure to turn on push notifications in the app so you get first access!
How many stickers go on my car? Do I have to put all the stickers on?
For most campaigns, stickers are applied to all four doors and the hood. Installation is completed by our professional installers at a designated installation event held before the campaign begins.
How much can I earn with Stic?
You get paid based on the miles driven in available zones. The base rate multiplied by the amount of miles you drive in a week will be your weekly payout. You get paid an additional bonus rate for any miles driven within a bonus zone. If you are driving in a restricted zone, you will be notified via app and will not be paid for those miles driven.
When do I get paid?
We issue weekly payments every Friday for miles driven through 6:00 p.m. on the preceding Thursday.
Where can I drive with Stic?
You are able to drive with Stic stickers on your normal driving routes. The geographic availability zone is set by advertisers in zones where they want to advertise. Geographic areas are readily available when applying to join a campaign. Bonus zones may also be live in certain areas and times!
Will the sticker damage my car?
Our stickers are manufactured and intended to be completely paint-safe. They are designed for easy removal without leaving any residue or damage on vehicles that have original equipment manufacturing (i.e. no wraps, paint jobs, or otherwise modified exteriors).
What cars are eligible to drive with Stic?
Eligible cars can be up to around ten years old, have no exterior damage with original paint, have no wraps installed, and have four doors.
How long are campaigns active for?
The duration varies by campaign. You can find the specific start and end dates listed under the campaign details.
Why was I rejected to join a campaign?
There are several reasons your vehicle could have been rejected including but not limited to, the campaign is already at capacity, your car might not be eligible for the specific campaign because the advertiser requested certain car types, makes, or colors, or the advertiser requested a geographic area that are better suited for other drivers.
Why aren't there any campaigns in my area?
If there are no campaigns showing in your service area, it means all of our campaigns have been fulfilled. You'll be notified in the app once new campaigns are available to join in your area.
