Own the outcome, not the ticket
Everyone here has a piece of the business they're accountable for. You'll pick up the work between the job descriptions, and you won't have to ask permission to fix something that's broken.
Careers at Stic
We're rebuilding outdoor advertising around a network of everyday drivers — and we're small enough that the work you do here shows up on the street within the month.

Why Stic
Outdoor advertising is one of the last large media channels that still runs on faith. Campaigns take weeks to book, can't be changed once they're up, and rarely come with proof that anyone saw them.
Stic replaced the billboard with a curated fleet of everyday cars, and the invoice with live tracking, photo verification, and measurable reporting. Brands launch in days instead of quarters. Drivers earn on the roads they already take.
It's a hardware, marketplace, and measurement problem at the same time, which is why the team stays small and the ownership stays wide. If you want a clear seam of the business to call your own, there's one here.
How we work
01
Everyone here has a piece of the business they're accountable for. You'll pick up the work between the job descriptions, and you won't have to ask permission to fix something that's broken.
02
The product exists because advertisers were tired of taking outdoor media on faith. We hold ourselves to the same bar: ship it, measure it, and let the numbers settle the argument.
03
Engineers ride along on installs. Sales sits in on driver support calls. The fastest way to build for a fleet of real cars and real drivers is to spend time with them.
04
We stay deliberately lean, hire people who don't need managing, and give them the context to make the call themselves. Fewer meetings, more decisions.

Hiring process
01
30 minutes with someone on the hiring team. What you're looking for, what the role actually involves, and whether the two line up.
02
A working session on real problems from the job — not brainteasers. You'll see the kind of work you'd be doing in week one.
03
You present something you're genuinely good at to the people you'd work with day to day in our HQ. We ask our questions from your presentation — it's the fastest way for both sides to see whether the fit is right.
04
We move quickly and check references before we make the call — never after.
This is how most of our interviews run. We're
early-stage, though, so some roles may look a little
different.
You'll hear back either way, from a person, within a
week of every stage. Need an accommodation at any point
in the process? Email
careers@drivestic.com and
we'll sort it out.
